Loving Myself – January 2023
An experiential women’s body focused IFS informed group facilitated by Brenda Aufderhar RN, CST-D, LICSW. Explore how you are relating to your body now. What kind of relationship do you want to have with your body in 2023, and what holds you back from that? You can choose which group you want to join for all 5 Mondays in January, one at 7 am or one at 7 pm PST on Zoom for 90 min for a total of $150.
